By accessing or using the VaikkaX mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Nature of the Service (Entertainment Only)
VaikkaX is a prediction application intended solely for playful entertainment purposes.
No Real Money: No real money stakes are used, no real money gambling is offered, and no real money prizes are awarded based on prediction results.
Hobby Project: The Service is provided as a hobby project "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent data preservation, or error-free operation. Use of the service is at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older.
4. End User License Agreement (EULA)
You acknowledge that this agreement is concluded between you and VaikkaX only, and not with the app store provider (e.g., Apple Inc. or Google LLC).
VaikkaX is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof.
The app store provider (Apple Inc. or Google LLC) has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Application (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).
5. User Conduct and Content
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you enter into the service, including usernames and user-generated data.
Prohibited Content: Harassment, hate speech, abusive behavior, or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited.
Moderation (Zero Tolerance): We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and ban users who violate these policies immediately and without prior warning.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
The Service may offer optional "Supporter" badges or other features on a subscription basis.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple Account or Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VaikkaX and its licensors.
8. Contests and Promotions
VaikkaX may organize competitions, tournaments, or leaderboards, which may be sponsored or promoted in collaboration with third-party partners or companies.
Sponsorships: Third-party companies may provide branding for specific competitions. The involvement of a third-party sponsor does not imply any affiliation with Apple or Google.
No Apple/Google Involvement: Apple Inc. (and Google) is not a sponsor nor involved in the activity in any manner.
Official Rules: Specific competitions may have additional rules or terms that will be presented at the time of the event.
9. Changes to Service
Administration reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time without notice or liability.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The processing of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
